Toyo Tire Corporation was founded in Japan in 1945 and is a producer of tires for passenger vehicles, light trucks, trucks & buses, as well as automobile components. It operates worldwide, including the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Italy, Russia, China, Thailand, and Malaysia. It has more than 13,000 employees worldwide and represents the 11th largest tire manufacturer in the world. The company Toyo Tire Serbia was established in 2019, and construction of a plant started in 2020, with production kicked off in 2022. The plant encompasses Tire Test track and the first bifacial and currently the largest Solar Power plant in Serbia which is under construction.

Job description:

• Structuring and operating of analysing costs;
• Collecting and analysing cost data and keep records of their findings and results;
• Monitoring, analysing and reporting on inventory valuation, production and other cost providing also productivity analysis;
• Analysing changes on production methods and raw material indicating their cost effects;
• Analysing and preparing periodical reports on difference between actual and standard costs;
• Daily monitoring and cost reporting;
• Identifying opportunities of improving production efficiency aiming to reduce cost and increase profit;
• Contribute to developing yearly operation plans, budget and estimating new product cost including economic analysis;
• Providing suggestions for cost saving activities;
• Advising management in terms of financial issues.

Profile:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
• At least 3 years of related  experience
• Fluency in English
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to perform multiple tasks
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and the team mentality
